In terms of data protection, since Spain is the country in which the person responsible for the file is established, the provisions of the European Union Regulation, 2016/679, of 27 April 2016 (RGPD), are applicable to this contract.

How have we obtained your personal data?
We have obtained your personal data through previous or current relationships that you have maintained or maintain with KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE: as a recipient of our services, as a participant in our campaigns or because you have requested information from us.
KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE is entitled to collect your data as a result of the contractual obligations of that relationship. These data are suitable for the purposes described in the following point.

By accepting the content of these CGU, the user gives KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE express consent for the processing of personal data provided.
The User knows that, by default, the profile and graph of Competencies is public in the APP/PLATFORM, so it will be accessible to third parties. By accepting these CGU, the Responsible is being authorised to publish the information provided by the user and to publish his image or images that he has uploaded for this purpose.
The User also knows that the profile data, which will be published on the APP/PLATFORM, may originate from third party portals or social networks, and consents at the time of allowing access to their social network, as well as at the time of accepting these CGU.
The personal data obtained will be used exclusively by KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE within the framework of this contract. Users who accept these CGU, may receive by KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE commercial communications, own and third parties. Users may at any time notify KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE that they no longer wish to receive such communications, through the email address bajas@danchiano.com or through the system it offers to unsubscribe.
To communicate to third parties the personal data of Users, KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE will request, with previous character, their express consent.
When registering in the APP/PLATFORM, the User has to communicate a series of information in accordance with art. 2.2 of the CGU. Such personal data may be of a public or private nature. The following will be considered as personal data of a private nature and, therefore, as protected data:
- The communications exchanged between Users,
- The e-mail address of the Users,
- The password of the Users,
Other personal data communicated by the Users will be considered public data, without prejudice to the means available to the user in the APP/PLATFORM to configure different levels of privacy.
In general, the personal data of a private nature that Users communicate will not in any case be transmitted to third parties without their consent, they will be kept protected and will only be used in the execution of the Services, for the formation of the contract and to communicate with Users. Only some employees of KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE and its subcontractors have access to these personal data, who are specially qualified for this and have signed the corresponding confidentiality agreement, in accordance with current legislation.
The personal data of a public nature is accessible to other APP/PLATFORM Users or to those who may access it through third party platforms (such as employers) and may be disseminated in any video and/or document in which KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE promotes the APP/PLATFORM and its Users.
The graph of Competencies will be made by means of an algorithm, which will be private and not accessible to the users, and which in any case is legally protected by KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE.
In compliance with the provisions of the regulations of the European Union, 2016/679, of 27 April 2016 (RGPD), KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE K2D, S.L. as responsible for the file/s, informs that personal data that the user will provide throughout their relationship with our company, including your e-mail address and all personal data that we can access during the relationship established, will be treated in a file/s duly registered according to the guidelines of the RGPD and in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
The information that may be sent to us will be incorporated into the information systems of KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE K2D, S.L. This communication will be used exclusively to answer your query.
Access to your personal data will be made by authorized personnel and subject to an obligation of secrecy, and will be treated in accordance with the rules of the European Union regulation.

Likewise, the user will receive notifications when any of the professionals invited to register in D’Anchiano has completed the competencies test, or there are relevant levels of coincidence between their competence profile and the one required in any of the profiles of the positions introduced in the APP/PLATFORM, or a company or other professional asks permission to view their profile, or in cases similar to those described above.
By registering in the APP/PLATFORM, the Users who publish it accept the publication of their photo in their profile as well as, if applicable, in any video treatment or in any document in which KNOWLEDGE TO DECIDE promotes the APP/PLATFORM and its Users. Users may modify their profile photo at any time.
The User must appear in the photo uploaded to the APP/PLATFORM. Topless or nude photos are strictly prohibited. Any publication of sexual photos can lead to the suspension of access to the account or the termination of the contract for serious fault and automatically.
