WHAT DOES A CANDIDATE OR PROFESSIONAL OBTAIN BY REGISTERING?

They can find out what their competency profile is, they can access competency profiles for as many positions as they are interested in, and they can compare themselves to any of these positions. They can also compare the fit of their Competencies profile with the profile of the other members of their teams. In addition, with D'Anchiano MERCADO, they can access, in real time, the standard profiles of jobs and professionals.

WHAT DOES A COMPANY OBTAINS BY REGISTERING?

It can describe the Competencies profile of as many positions as it wants, it can access the Competencies profile of the applicants who apply for those positions, and it can see and sort the matching level between the applicants and their positions. It can also see the strengths, weaknesses, balances and competency complementarity of its teams. Obviously, with D'Anchiano MARKET, it can also access, in real time, the standard profiles of positions and professionals.

HOW DOES A CANDIDATE OR A PROFESSIONAL DEFINE THEIR PROFILE OF COMPETENCIES?

The candidate or professional must complete a test of competency preferences. This questionnaire lasts about 12 minutes and is intuitive, easy and friendly to answer.

WHAT WILL THE CANDIDATE OR PROFESSIONAL HAVE ACCESS TO ONCE THEY HAVE TAKEN THE TEST?

The candidate or professional will be able to see an interactive report that will give him/her detailed information about his/her competence profile. They will then be able to compare themselves with all the positions that interest them or with the members of the teams to which they belong.

AND HOW DOES THE COMPANY DEFINE THE COMPETENCIES OF A POSITION?

The company will only have to choose, from the list of Competencies that we will show it, those that are relevant and not relevant to the position it is describing. This process is intuitive, easy and friendly to do. And it's fast: it can be done in less than five minutes.

ONCE A POSITION HAS BEEN DESCRIBED, WHAT WILL THE COMPANY HAVE ACCESS TO?

They will be able to see an interactive report that will give them detailed information about the competency profile of the position and its situation in the market. They will then be able to compare the profiles of as many applicants as they wish with the profile of that position. In addition, they can sort the applicants by their matching level.
